Return & Refund

All return or refund requests must be approved in advance by our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a return, items must be brand new, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Table tennis rackets, blades and pickleball paddles must have the original seal intact on the grip handle.
  • Table tennis rubbers and balls cannot be returned once opened, unless the item is defective.

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Only the original purchaser may initiate a return.

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • For items purchased through authorized retailers, please contact the original seller reaching out to us regarding warranty issues.

Refunds can only be requested by the original purchaser and will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged, used, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for resale.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an update regarding your refund status.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days.

To Make a Return

  • Self-Return Request: Log in to the Customer Account, choose a order and click 'Request Return'.
  • Or send us an email, info@dhssportsusa.com, along with your order number and reason.

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back to us.
  • Allow 2–3 business days for restocking and processing your refund after we receive the returned item(s).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our return policy), and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order.

  • If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Exceptions will only be made in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, and the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
