Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: improper use or installation, negligence or abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, accidents, failure to follow the product instructions.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty periods vary by product and begin on the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from DHS Sports USA and authorized retailers.
  • Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item, at our sole discretion.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Product Warranty Periods

  • Warranty coverage is effective from the date of purchase and is limited to the original purchaser.
  • Table Tennis Paddles and Blades are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
  • Pickleball Paddles are covered by a 6-month limited warrant.
  • Rubbers, balls, and other accessories are not covered under warranty.

Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions provided with the product).
  • Fading or discoloration of patterns or finishes.
  • Use of the product for commercial purposes or rental.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone not authorized by DHS Sports USA.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand sellers.
  • Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser.

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer, please contact the original point of purchase before initiating a warranty claim with us.

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered under our warranty policy.

Important Note for Shipped Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We may be unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged items once the delivery has been accepted and signed for.

File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email the following information to info@dhssportsusa.com.

  • Email subject line: Warranty Claim - [#Order Number]
  • Email content must include:
    • The SKU of the item requiring service
    • A clear description of the issue or defect
    • A copy or photo of the original purchase receipt
  • Please note: 
    • Warranty claims are only accepted from the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to DHS Sports USA for inspection and warranty service.
    • We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective item covered under warranty, at our sole discretion.
    • Replacement items will inherit the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
