The Hurricane 3 is ITTF Approved rubber, designed for control-oriented or moderate-power players, it reduces heaviness during strokes, produces longer arcs for better ball control, and allows fast attacks and powerful loops even from close to the table.

Boosting
Boosting is recommended to achieve optimal performance; without boosting, the rubber may not reach its full potential. After boosting may initially produce very low arcs (“dead ball”) and low elasticity—this is normal. Using it for a short period, it will reach its proper performance.
