DHS Hurricane 3 National NEO Table Tennis Rubbers

Boosting and Oiling
The NEO version is pre-treated at the factory with inorganic glue (NEO Layer) but is not designed to be used without boosting. This initial layer maintains the sponge’s internal energy for approximately one month. Over time, the rubber may feel harder and lose ball grip. Boosting and oiling is recommended to restore its performance.
